If you do not have meeting details, please contact karan.khathuria@math.uzh.ch **) <br> <br> In this talk, beginning with the original construction of polar codes, we explore the monomial decreasing codes as a generalization of those in channels with strong symmetry. We analyze their parameters and their relation with other well-known families of codes.
