Junior Euler Society
The Junior Euler Society (JES) is the outreach program of the Institute of Mathematics of the university of Zurich and part of the Science Lab of the Faculty of Science.
The goal of JES is to offer interested young people at all school levels the opportunity to deal with mathematics beyond the school material. The courses are aimed at different age groups. Currently there are the offers U12, U14, JES Olympics, U18 and the early studies.
Vorkurse
At the start of the fall semester the Institute of Mathematics regularly offers Vorkurse. These are aimed at incoming students in mathematics and physics, as well as for incoming students of natural sciences, engineering, economics and social sciences.

In the section Study of Mathematics, we provide information about mathematics in general and the core points of study at our institute.
